For quite some time [nearly two years] this space has simply become a place for me to send phone pics. sad, i have often thought. i was once pretty enthusiastic about sharing my thoughts here.

Recently I considered creating a new blog. Resourceful as I try to be, I didn’t like the idea of deleting or neglecting this tumblr. For some reason, it holds meaning for me still.

I am currently reading American Veda by Philip Goldberg. The story of the Vedas, Eastern wisdom, moving to the Western culture. Ralph Waldo Emerson met Henry David Thoreau, his student at Harvard, and they shared a fondness for the literature coming from India. Emerson gave advice to Thoreau that he considered invaluable: Keep a journal.

Hence, my tumblr continues as my digital journal.
